Delivery Policy
We ship orders through partner courier companies. Orders’ status can be tracked from your customer account.
In case of specific transport needs, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requests.
Orders for products in stock are shipped the next working day from the date of placing the order.
Shipping costs are displayed before the start of the checkout procedure for each order. Shipping time and cost may differ depending on the region and the number of goods ordered.
In the case of an order paid by the Buyer, with confirmation of payment by the bank, and whose delivery was not possible due to the delivery address mentioned in the order (there is no address / was not found by the courier, or there was no person to confirm the reception of the order), upon receipt of the goods by the seller from the courier, for the reasons mentioned above, the Seller will refund for the respective order by decreasing the value of the transport of goods (round trip).
Please note that any shipping charges we collect only cover the cost of shipping the product to the address provided. Shipping charges do not cover the costs that the recipient may incur due to local government regulations (i.e. import duties, custom taxes, etc).
Return Policy
The products can be returned or exchanged, if the Buyer finds any non-conformities (technical or aesthetic), or if the Buyer is not satisfied with the ordered goods. The return of an ordered product can be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To return the products, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be physically intact (unaltered in any way).
- The product must be in the warranty period (first 200 wash cycles or 2 years from the date of delivery).
- The entire delivered batch (the entire order) must be sent back to the Seller in case of return.
- The returned goods must be accompanied by the barcode label corresponding to the received order (the barcode label attached to the package).
A refund is made within 30 days of returning the product, either by reimbursing the payment made or by replacing the returned products.
The shipping cost for returned non-compliant products is borne by the Seller.
For defective products, during the warranty period, the return cost is borne by the Buyer, and the Seller undertakes to replace and send, free of charge, a new product.
